When you try to open a blocked app, you'll see a block screen instead — with an accountability quote and your chosen unlock duration before you can proceed. Can I unlock a blocked app if I really need it? Yes. Set your preferred unlock duration in Settings (from 10 seconds up to 10 minutes). When you access a blocked app, you'll need to hold to confirm — this small pause is designed to help you catch yourself before mindlessly scrolling.
