By downloading, accessing, or using FitAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Eligibility

FitAI is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the App with the supervision or consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Description of Service

FitAI provides tools designed to help users track and manage their fitness activities, including:

• Logging workouts and exercises
• Tracking calories and nutrition information
• Monitoring fitness progress
• Providing fitness-related insights and statistics

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Health Disclaimer

FitAI does not provide medical advice.

The App and all information provided within it are intended solely for general fitness and informational purposes. The content should not be considered medical advice or a substitute for professional medical consultation.

Before starting any exercise or nutrition program, you should consult with a qualified healthcare professional.

You agree that:

• You use FitAI at your own risk
• FitAI is not responsible for injuries, health conditions, or damages resulting from the use of the App

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of FitAI may require a paid subscription.

Subscription payments are processed securely through third-party platforms such as:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the billing terms and policies of the platform through which you subscribed.

FitAI does not store your payment card information.

Subscription management, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the respective app store platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App in a way that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Interferes with the operation or security of the App
• Attempts to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App
• Uses the App for unauthorized commercial purposes

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App if misuse is detected.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design elements, trademarks, and technology used in FitAI are the property of FitAI or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitAI shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Personal injury related to exercise activities

Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

9. App Availability

We strive to keep FitAI available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without prior notice.

10. Third-Party Services

FitAI may interact with third-party platforms or device health services (such as Apple Health or Google Fit).

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and FitAI is not responsible for their practices.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
