Welcome to Screen Ai! By using our app and subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Subscriptions and Payments

  2. Payment Processing: All subscription payments are processed through third-party platforms, including Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. Screen Ai does not directly process payments.

  3. Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period. Renewal pricing will follow the terms of the platform at the time of renewal.

  4. Refunds: Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform through which you subscribed (Apple, Google, or RevenueCat). Please contact the respective platform for any refund inquiries.

3. Account Responsibilities

  1. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  2. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account or subscribing.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Screen Ai for any unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass app features or subscriptions.

  • Interfere with other users’ access to the app.

  • Misuse any third-party services integrated with the app, including RevenueCat.

5. Third-Party Services

Screen Ai uses RevenueCat as a third-party service to manage subscriptions. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your payment and subscription data are managed by RevenueCat and the app store platforms. Please review their respective privacy policies for more information.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Screen Ai for violations of these Terms or at our discretion. Termination will not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

Screen Ai and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Losses arising from subscription cancellations, errors, or downtime.

  • Actions of third-party services like RevenueCat, Apple, or Google Play.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Screen Ai operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
